Just last week, we had a candid conversation with Master of Wine Bob Betz about where the local wine industry has been, and where it should be heading. Bob is the founder of Betz Family Winery, and has worked as a vintner for decades, most notably with the Chateau Ste. Michelle group. We were actually visiting Bob on a bottling day, so being the nice guy he is, he invited us to stick around and observe the process.
